Mamba Agency.
AI-led SEO agency site — capabilities, case studies, sharp positioning
What we were solving for.
SEO agency websites almost universally look and sound the same — the same case study grid, the same "we drive results" language, the same generic capabilities matrix. Mamba's team came to us with a distinct point of view (AI-native SEO, sharp editorial voice, opinionated positioning) and needed a site that reflected it.
The audience was demanding: marketing leaders and founders who read agency sites for a living. Every unnecessary word, every generic capabilities block, every stock photo would signal that Mamba was just another agency. The site had to earn attention in the first 3 seconds and hold it for 3 minutes.
Lead qualification also mattered. Not every visitor is the right fit. The intake flow needed to filter for engagement size, timeline, and problem type — so Mamba's team wasn't wasting discovery calls on wrong-fit leads.
How we built it.
We designed the site from voice-first, not layout-first. Every page starts as copy, then the visual system serves the copy. Typography does most of the heavy lifting; imagery is used sparingly and purposefully. The result reads as an editorial argument for Mamba's approach, not a menu of services.
Case studies are structured with real depth — problem, approach, outcome, metrics — matching the substance level of the audience. The capabilities pages are opinionated: they tell the reader when Mamba is the right choice and when it isn't, which counterintuitively raises inbound quality.
Intake runs through a short, layered form: problem type first, engagement size second, timeline third. The form itself qualifies — anyone who won't invest 90 seconds in a form isn't the right fit for a $10K+ engagement.

What shipped.
Mamba launched with a distinct editorial voice that reads unmistakably as their own. Lead volume dropped slightly; lead quality rose significantly — the intended tradeoff.
The client's feedback: "They got the brief in one read. The site sounds like us, only sharper — and our leads have been better-qualified since launch."
By the numbers.
