Our services
Marketing websites, transactional web apps, mobile apps (iOS + Android), ecommerce stores, admin dashboards, client portals, CRM systems, ERP integrations, business automation, and AI-augmented tooling. Full-stack across frontend, backend, mobile, and infrastructure.
Frontend: Next.js, Astro, React, Vue, Tailwind. Backend: Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Go, C#/.NET, Python. Mobile: Flutter, React Native. Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis. Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Cloudflare, Vercel. Stack is matched to the project scope, not the other way around.
Yes. Cross-platform (Flutter, React Native) for most consumer and internal apps. Native (Swift, Kotlin) when performance or platform integration demands it. Full App Store and Play Store submission and post-launch support included.
Yes. Shopify for fast time-to-market, headless (Next.js + Shopify Storefront API, or Medusa) for custom experiences, and fully custom builds when off-the-shelf platforms cannot fit the business model. Stripe, Adyen, and local payment gateway integrations.
Yes. We integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and custom CRMs. On the ERP side we have shipped integrations with SAP, Odoo, and internal ERPs for enterprise clients — including large-scale outlet, product, and logistics data platforms.
Yes. OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source LLM integrations for chat, summarisation, document processing, search, and automation. We have shipped AI features into production for legal tech, ecommerce, and content-management use cases.
Yes. UI/UX design, brand systems, and full visual identity for new products. We can also work from your existing design team's Figma files if design is already in place.
Both. We redesign existing sites and apps while preserving what works and fixing what does not. For new products, we take briefs from wireframes, PRDs, or napkin sketches — whichever you have.
Custom for anything with real business logic — cleaner, faster, more secure, no plugin conflicts. WordPress is fine for pure content sites with editorial teams that already know the platform, but we do not lead new projects on it.
You own everything — code, design assets, content, database, and infrastructure accounts. Full source handover on final delivery with documentation. Nothing is licensed back to us.
Yes. If you are an agency needing engineering capacity for client work, we can operate under your brand with your PMs. Contact us for white-label terms.
Pricing
Marketing websites: from $2,500. Ecommerce: $5,000–$15,000. Custom web apps: $10,000–$40,000. Mobile apps: $15,000–$60,000. Enterprise CRM/ERP integrations and large custom platforms: quoted based on scope. Every proposal is clear and itemised — no hidden fees.
Yes. Standard structure is 50% at kickoff, 50% on delivery for projects under $10,000. Larger projects use milestone-based payment tied to sprint deliverables so you never pay for work you have not seen.
Yes. Monthly retainers from $150/month (hosting + security + minor updates) up to $5,000+/month (dedicated engineering hours for continuous product development). Priced based on your product's complexity and volume.
No. Every proposal is fully itemised before contract. Third-party service costs (Stripe fees, AWS hosting, Google Maps API, etc.) are your own accounts and pass through at cost — you see them directly on your invoice, not marked up on ours.
Up to 3 revision rounds included per project scope. Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate that we agree in advance. Change requests that expand scope get a change-order that you approve before we start work.
Our process
Book a free 30-minute consultation. We review your goals, timeline, and constraints, ask hard questions, and — if it is a fit — send a written proposal within 3 business days. If we are not the right fit we tell you honestly and refer you to someone who is.
For websites: brand assets, existing content, domain access. For apps and custom software: business rules, sample data (real or fake), and access to the systems we will integrate with. We guide you through a structured intake questionnaire.
Two-week sprints with a client demo at the end of each. Weekly written status reports. Shared Notion or Linear board for tickets and progress. Direct access to the engineers working on your project — not layers of account managers.
Small changes flow through the sprint. Large changes get a written change order describing scope, effort, and timeline impact — you approve before we start. This keeps the original budget honest.
Yes. Every project ships with a CMS or admin panel appropriate to the product. Content sites get a full content-editing UI. Apps get an admin dashboard scoped to the business roles that need it. No developer required for day-to-day updates.
Yes. Every product we ship is mobile-first: designed, prototyped, and QA-tested on real devices. Over 60% of global traffic is mobile; treating desktop as the default is a lost decade of best practice.
Yes. We set up hosting (Hostinger, DigitalOcean, AWS, Vercel — matched to the project), CI/CD pipelines, SSL, backups, and monitoring. You own the accounts; we configure and hand over documentation.
After launch
Full handover: source code, admin credentials, hosting access, CMS walkthrough, documentation. We set up analytics (GA4 + Search Console) and give you a monitoring dashboard. Optional maintenance retainer for ongoing support.
Phone, email, WhatsApp — all direct. Maintenance-plan clients get priority response within 4 business hours. Non-retainer clients get help on a time-and-materials basis, typically within 1 business day.
Basic on-page SEO is included in every build: meta tags, schema markup, semantic HTML, sitemap, Core Web Vitals. Ongoing SEO (content, backlinks, GBP, technical audits) is available as a separate retainer. Our own site's SEO is a case study for the approach.
Yes. New pages, features, integrations, and platform expansions are quoted separately. Maintenance-plan clients get preferential rates and priority slots in our sprint calendar.
We stand behind our work. If something is not working correctly after launch because of a build defect, we fix it at no charge. Beyond that, our track record — 120+ projects, no client bankruptcies, no unpaid invoices — is our guarantee.
