Mobile apps for iOS & Android.

Flutter, React Native, and native builds — from MVP prototype to App Store launch to post-launch iteration.

(01) — Overview

Mobile App Development, done right.

A mobile app is a much larger commitment than a website. App Store review, device fragmentation, offline behaviour, push notifications, in-app purchases, and long-term platform maintenance are all realities you inherit the day you ship.

We build cross-platform apps for consumer products, internal ops tools, and B2B SaaS extensions. We choose Flutter when a single codebase and consistent UI matter, React Native when the client already has React expertise, and native (Swift/Kotlin) when platform-specific integration or performance demands it.

(02) — What we build

Scope of work.

Consumer apps with monetisation (subscription, in-app purchase)
Internal operations apps (field workforce, delivery, warehouse)
Mobile clients for existing web platforms
Marketplace apps (two-sided, with payments + reviews)
MVP prototypes for founder-led products
Enterprise apps with SSO and offline sync
Push notification + real-time messaging apps
Post-launch iteration and A/B testing
(03) — Tech stack

What we build with.

Cross-platform
  • Flutter (Dart)
  • React Native (TypeScript)
Native
  • Swift (iOS)
  • Kotlin (Android)
Backend
  • Node.js
  • Firebase
  • Supabase
  • Custom REST + GraphQL APIs
Store & tooling
  • App Store Connect
  • Google Play Console
  • Fastlane
  • Sentry
  • Firebase Analytics
(04) — Process

How we work.

01

Product & platform discovery

One-week discovery: user flows, platform choice (Flutter vs RN vs native), backend architecture, timeline, and monetisation model.

02

Design & prototype

Interactive Figma prototype covering all core user journeys. Tested on real devices before code is written.

03

Build in sprints

2-week sprints with a real-device build at the end of each. TestFlight + Play Console internal testing throughout.

04

Launch & post-launch

App Store + Play Store submission (we handle it). Post-launch: monitoring, crash reporting, iteration based on real usage data.

(06) — FAQ

Questions we hear often.

A production mobile app in 2026 typically costs $15,000-$300,000+ depending on scope. MVP apps (single platform target via Flutter or React Native, 3-5 core screens, standard backend integration) run $15,000-$45,000. Full-featured consumer apps with auth, in-app purchases, push notifications, and analytics run $40,000-$120,000. Enterprise apps with SSO, offline sync, third-party integrations, and dedicated backend run $100,000-$300,000+. Cross-platform (Flutter or React Native) is usually 50-60% cheaper than dual native (Swift + Kotlin) builds. Anything quoted under $10K is either template-based or ships without proper native integration. Our default stack is Flutter for new consumer apps, React Native when the client already has React on web. Timeline: MVP 8-12 weeks, full app 12-20 weeks, enterprise 20-36 weeks.
MVP apps: 8–12 weeks. Full-featured consumer apps: 12–20 weeks. Enterprise apps with SSO, offline sync, and third-party integrations: 20–36 weeks. App Store review adds 3–7 days on top.
MVPs start around $15,000. Full-featured consumer apps range $30,000–$80,000 depending on backend complexity. Enterprise builds go higher. Every proposal is itemised by feature so you can drop scope to hit a budget.
Flutter for consistent UI and single-codebase efficiency (our default for MVPs). React Native if your team already runs React on web. Native when platform-specific integration or heavy graphics performance demand it. We advise based on your context.
Yes. We handle the full submission process — provisioning profiles, review response, screenshots, marketing copy, privacy policy generation. You keep your own developer accounts.
Monthly retainers from $500/month (crash monitoring, minor updates) up to $8,000+/month (dedicated engineering hours for continuous iteration). Priced to your product's maturity.
